Your privacy is of upmost importance to me. I have several clients whose sessions stay completely private and are never shared on my website or social media. You will receive a private gallery that only you and I have the ability to access. When signing your contract, you get to specify what level of privacy you and your family prefer. Whether that be covering your children’s faces in any photos shared online, or simply not having your photos and videos shared at all.

While I’m always thankful to be able to share my work, these photos are YOURS and will only be shared with your permission.

When it comes to Day In The Life sessions, your home is simply the frame to the art: Your family! While you may want to pick up big messes prior, you do not need a perfectly organized or pinterest styled home. The beauty is found within the authenticity of your story as a family. I know when something is worth including and I also know how to movearound a cluttered corner if needed. BUT some mess is a normal part of life and can actually carry beauty in it. Like being able to look back one day and see the laundry piles that were a daily part of your life and how that resembled your days together as a family.

As a mama, I am completely used to meltdowns, sibling fights, and all the things that come with being little! I promise it doesn't phase me. If your kiddo needs a moment, I know exactly when to step back and give space. And often times once things have settled, can then capture the really sweet moments of connection that follow. But what's most common is that the kiddos are having so much fun from the intentional time together, that the overwhelm is few and far between!

Depending on what we’ve discussed for your sessions vision, if there’s rain, we stick with the plan as normal and adapt! It's really easy to do with day in the life sessions as it does not rely on a sunny day to capture a beautiful day. If there is inclement dangerous weather, or if your session specifically relies on dry weather, we can look at another date to reschedule for your family.

Something I’ve often heard is “I think our life may be too boring.” My dear, I promise you it isn’t! The magic and beauty I capture is found right in the midst of that mundane.

Before your session, I get to know the heart of you and your family and hear your story. I learn what your family loves and values and we plan your session around those things. On your session day, you are spending time taking things slow and enjoying your family. Before you know it, your session is done and when you receive your photos and videos, your heart will be overflowing with the joy of seeing just how beautiful your life is!

Yes! I know preserving your families season of life is an investment and I want to make it as easy as possible for you.

To book your session, you pay a 30% non-refundable deposit, then payments can either be broken up month by month, or in one or two additional payments due a week before your session date.
